When I posted recently about a great Angel Biscuit recipe, I stressed how sticky the dough was. Well, tonight I remade the recipe and had a different experience. This time, the dough was perfectly easy to work with—maybe even a touch dry. The only thing I can think is that I incorrectly measured my buttermilk last time and that contributed to the dough being so sticky. So, I opp’d. I’ve amended the recipe to remove my notes about the sticky dough. I still recommend that you make them. They came out even better this time around!
